不銹鋼空氣過濾器

   空氣過濾器筒體采用不銹鋼SUS304或SUS316制造，濾芯一般采用疏水性聚四氟乙烯，聚丙烯微孔膜或燒結(jié)鈦濾芯，按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制造，高效、節(jié)能、安全、可靠。廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)酵空氣、針劑用空氣、惰性氣體凈化等。蒸餾水、制藥、食品、啤酒行業(yè)除菌。氣體過濾精度高0.01μm，即對(duì)0.01微米以上的各種細(xì)菌及顆粒達(dá)到濾除。也可用于蒸汽滅菌的過濾，空氣過濾器可*解決空氣染菌的問題，而且可提高消毒滅菌質(zhì)量，從而達(dá)到GMP要求。

    蒸汽過濾器是輸送蒸汽管道上*的一種裝置。通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥或其他設(shè)備的進(jìn)口端，用來(lái)消除蒸汽中的雜質(zhì)，以保護(hù)閥門及設(shè)備的正常使用。當(dāng)氣體進(jìn)入置有一定精度的濾芯后，其雜質(zhì)被阻攔，而清潔的氣體則由過濾器出口排出。當(dāng)需要清洗時(shí)，只要將可拆卸的濾筒取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此使用維護(hù)極為方便。

    目前在食品、醫(yī)藥、生物化學(xué)、飲料、電子等行業(yè)應(yīng)用較為廣泛，過濾效果是高精密和高清潔生產(chǎn)的保證。蒸汽過濾器中部分類型的產(chǎn)品附帶有除菌過濾器，利用蒸汽的高溫來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)殺菌效果，保證過濾后蒸汽的清潔性。
