異徑管(大小頭)是用于管道變徑處的一種管件。通常采用的成形工藝為縮徑壓制、擴徑壓制或縮徑加擴徑壓制，對某些規(guī)格的異徑管也可采用沖壓成形。異徑管的圓度不應大于相應端外徑的1%，且允許偏差為±3mm。異徑管的材質(zhì)執(zhí)行SY/T5037、GB/T9711、GB/T8163、美標ASTM A106/A53 GRB，API 5L、APT5CT、ASTM A105、ASTM A234、ASTM A106、DIN德國標準及客戶要求標準

1、當管道中流體的流量有變化時,比如增大或減少,流速要求變化不大時,均需采用異徑管.

2、在泵的進口,為了防止汽蝕，需要采用異徑管.

3、與儀表,如流量計、調(diào)節(jié)閥的接頭處,為了與儀表的接頭配合,也需采用異徑管。
