不銹鋼空氣過濾器
空氣過濾器筒體采用不銹鋼SUS304或SUS316制造，濾芯一般采用疏水性聚四氟乙烯，聚丙烯微孔膜或燒結(jié)鈦濾芯，按標準設(shè)計制造，高效、節(jié)能、安全、可靠。廣泛應用于發(fā)酵空氣、針劑用空氣、惰性氣體凈化等。蒸餾水、制藥、食品、啤酒行業(yè)除菌。氣體過濾精度高0.01μm，即對0.01微米以上的各種細菌及顆粒達到濾除。也可用于蒸汽滅菌的過濾，空氣過濾器可解決空氣染菌的問題，而且可提高消毒滅菌質(zhì)量，從而達到GMP要求。
蒸汽過濾器是輸送蒸汽管道上*的一種裝置。通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、定水位閥或其他設(shè)備的進口端，用來消除蒸汽中的雜質(zhì)，以保護閥門及設(shè)備的正常使用。當氣體進入置有一定精度的濾芯后，其雜質(zhì)被阻攔，而清潔的氣體則由過濾器出口排出。當需要清洗時，只要將可拆卸的濾筒取出，處理后重新裝入即可，因此使用維護極為方便。
目前在食品、醫(yī)藥、生物化學、飲料、電子等行業(yè)應用較為廣泛，過濾效果是高精密和高清潔生產(chǎn)的保證。蒸汽過濾器中部分類型的產(chǎn)品附帶有除菌過濾器，利用蒸汽的高溫來實現(xiàn)殺菌效果，保證過濾后蒸汽的清潔性。
濾芯一般采用不銹鋼或鈦棒等耐高溫材料。
